Russell William Bowman, age 78, of Cicero, IN, died March 31, 2010 at Methodist Hospital at Indianapolis. He was born June 22, 1931 at Cicero, IN to Leslie William and Bernice (Gibbs) Bowman.
He was a graduate of Jackson Central High School Class of 1949. He served his country in the U.S. Army. He was a tool maker at Delco Remy at Anderson, IN. Russell was a member of the Cicero Volunteer Fire Department for over 35 years. In addition he served his community on the Cicero Park Board planning and helping build the Red Bridge Park and the Red Bridge Community Building.
