Russell Leroy McDaniel, Jr., 44, of Green Cove Springs, formerly of Lake City, passed away suddenly on Monday, October 11, 2021. He was born in Gainesville on April 17, 1977. He has lived most of his life in Lake City, moving to Green Cove a little over 4 years ago.
He is survived by his wife of two years, Charlotte McDaniel of Green Cove Springs; mother and father, Elaine and Russell McDaniel, Sr. of Lake City; daughters, Hannah McNeese and Abigail McNeese both of Green Cove Springs; siblings, Carol Medlock (Eric Hollman) of Altha, FL, Carl Medlock of Ft. White, Brent McDaniel (April) of Ft. White and Jeannie Reamy of West Virginia. Special nieces and nephews, Brandon Friery, Dallas McDaniel, Lillian McDaniel and Peyton McDaniel along with numerous other nieces and nephews also survive.
