Mrs. Runnet Holtzclaw Garner Partin, age 74, of Live Oak, Florida, passed away Wednesday, September 8, 2021. She was born October 11, 1946, the daughter of the late Mr. Jessie Eugene Holtzclaw and the late Mrs. Quinnie Villa Costley Holtzclaw. Throughout her life, she was an administrative assistant for various organizations, as well as a dedicated pastor’s wife. She attended Bible Baptist Church in Live Oak, Florida. She also considered Grace Baptist Church in Whitesburg, Georgia, to be her “Georgia church home.” In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Frank Garner; brothers, James Holtzclaw, Cliff Holtzclaw and Virgil Holtzclaw; sister, Ruby O’Neal; step-daughter, Brenda Partin; step-grandson, Harold Garrean, III. She is survived by her husband, Ira Partin, Sr, of Live Oak; daughter and son-in-law, Tammy and Ken Jones of Newnan; stepson and daughter-in-law, Ira Partin, Jr, and Shannon Partin of St. Cloud, Florida; stepdaughter and son-in-law, Karen and Mylo Peck of Haines City, Florida; stepdaughter, Jamie Partin of Kissimmee, Florida; sister, Dixie Randolph of Smyrna; two grandchildren and their spouses, Jordyn and Bradley Howard of Winston, and Jensyn and Brian Johnson of Carrollton; step-grandchildren, Taylor Partin and Tanner Partin of St. Cloud; Daisy Carter, Clayton Carter and Nathan Carter of Haines City; Samantha Taylor and her husband Jacob, Michael Peck, Brandon Peck and his wife Keitha, Cody Peck, Payton Peck, all of Haines City; Jason Garrean and Dustin Garrean of St. Cloud; four great-grandchildren, Reagan Howard and Ryleigh Howard of Winston, Kassidy Johnson and Annabeth Johnson of Carrollton; one step-great-grandchild, Ava-James Peck; several nieces and nephews and other family members.
