RUBY B. VANNOY, age 87 of Fairfax, Virginia died Thursday, May 29, 2003 at Prince William Hospital, Manassas. Mrs. Vannoy was a member of Braddock Missionary Baptist Church, Fairfax. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Vannoy. Survivors include three children, Robert Lee Vannoy, Alice Davidson and Ethel Finley, four sisters, Louise Buckley, Grace McDaniel, Frances Fontenot and Mabel Graves, one brother, Hershel Blevins, Jr., eight grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
