WINSTED –RHOADES – Ruby A. Rhoades, 91, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, June 28, 2022. She was the wife of the late John H. Rhoades. Born December 5, 1930 in Torrington; the daughter of the late Andrew and Grace (Sterling) DeSanti. She was employed at Waring Products for many years. She is survived by her children, James Rhoades, Charles Rhoades, John Rhoades, Catherine Rhoades and William Rhoades. She is also survived by her sister, Bertha Olszanski; brother, Raymond DeSanti; grandchildren, great grandchildren and extended family. In addition to her husband, she was pre-deceased by her daughter, Carol Ann Rhoades Shepard.
