Ruby M. Salsgiver, 85, formerly of Wildwood Blvd., died Tuesday, February 8, 2011 at the Hillside Assisted Living Community where she had been a resident the past nine months.
Ruby’s husband, Smith E. Salsgiver, died on June 12, 2010.
Ruby was the longest living member of St. Paul-Calvary United Methodist Church.
Born January 1, 1926 in First Forks, she was the daughter of Harold E. and Bessie V. Breining Zinck.
Surviving are a son, Rev. Dr. Thomas L. (Joanne) Salsgiver of Lewisburg; daughter, Terri L. (George) Gragson of Lake Charles, LA; four grandchildren and one great grandson.
Ruby was predeceased by sisters, Eleanor Newton and Phyllis Morris.
