Ruby H. Sturgeon Ledford, 83, Anderson, passed away January 19, 2010 at Bethany Pointe Health Campus-Anderson after a brief illness. She was born February 4, 1926 in Brodhead, Kentucky, and resided in Anderson since 1942.
Ruby was a graduate of Anderson High School. She was a homemaker and was a member of West Cross Street Alliance Church.
She is survived by her sons, Larry Ray Carol Ledford of Anderson and Ronald Bruce Peggy Ledford of Anderson; five grandchildren, Michael Angie Ledford, Erin Douglas Dole, Tony Ledford, Jada Ledford and Toby Ledford; ten great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward Perrin & Ollie Rash Sturgeon; two brothers, Edward Sturgeon and Marvin Sturgeon and one sister, June Smith.
