GABRIEL, Ruby “Betty” or Kalamazoo, Michigan Tuesday morning, March 11th, 2014, Betty passed away peacefully with family at her side. Betty was born on November 7, 1918 in Marion, IL, the daughter of the late Joseph and Margaret Armour Kelley.
Betty enjoyed playing golf, crocheting, gardening and most of all spending time with her family. On January 18, 1937, she was united in marriage to Joseph Gabriel, who preceded her in death on April 4th, 2011. She was also preceded in death by her son, Max Maxie Joe; great-grandson, Andrew Todd Roberts; brother, Thomas Kelley and sister, Mary Jo Easton.
She is survived by her daughter in law, Cheryl Gabriel; five grandchildren, Tad Gabriel, Kyle Gabriel, Amy Todd Roberts, Sheila Rick Labian, Michele Paul Koopman; 15 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
