Roy Devane Parker age 71 of Marianna passed away suddenly on Monday, August 27, 2012 in the Southeast Alabama Medical Center. Mr. Parker was born on April 15, 1941 to the late Roy R. and Blondell Parker. He was a native of Marianna and had lived and worked in Tallahassee for thirty years. In 2002 he retired from the State of Florida and built his beloved house on Merritts Mill Pond.
