Roxanne L. Owens, 63, of Romney, passed away on Saturday, April 2, 2022, at her home. She was born July 24, 1958, in Lafayette to the late James and Sharon (Smith) Reuzenaar. Roxanne was a graduate of Lafayette Jefferson High School. Her marriage was to Daniel Owens, and he preceded her in death. Surviving is her daughter Misty L. (Joseph) Buchanan of Chipley, FL, grandchildren Caprianna, Mackenzie and Terrence Howard. Also surviving is her sister Rhonda J. Reuzenaar of Lafayette. Roxanne was preceded in death by her brother Donald W. Reuzenaar. No service is planned at this time.
