Roxann Doris Labra, 56, of Idaho Falls, passed away February 12, 2018, in Angleton, Texas.
Roxann was born July 19, 1961, in Idaho Falls, ID, to Richard Franklin Haley and Brenda Lanette Hadley Haley. She grew up and attended schools in Idaho Falls and graduated from Bonneville High School. She also attended Idaho State University.
In August of 1984, she married Dionisio (Nicho) Herrera. To this union were born children, Tyrone, Amanda, Brandy, Brenda and Brad.
Her greatest accomplishment was her kids, grandkids and Champion German Shepards. She enjoyed dog shows, horse races, arts and crafts, painting and sports. She especially loved the time she got with her family.
