Rosie Hattie Steagall Weaver, age 78, of Big Run Road, Wallingford, passed away Friday, April 20, 2018, at her residence.
Born April 15, 1940, in Morehead, she was a daughter of the late Leonard and Minnie Tackett Steagall. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Estill Carl Weaver on February 13, 2001; one grandson, Chet Logan; one great grandson, Kiefer Rawlings Bentley; two sisters; and nine brothers.
Rosie is survived by two sons, Estill Franklin (Ruby) Weaver and Jeffery Wilson (Jody) Weaver, all of Weaver Hollow; two daughters, Carla (Myron “Bud”) Logan of Wallingford, and Connie Lynn (Jonathan) Morse of Flemingsburg; one brother, Leonard “Buck” Steagall of Morehead; nine grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; extended family and many friends.
