Rosemarie P. Deutsch, 92, formerly of Fountain Hill, passed away Saturday July 21, 2018, at Sunrise of Exton Senior Living. She was the wife of of the late William L. Deutsch, Sr. who passed away on November 30, 2006. Born in Fountain Hill, she was the daughter of the late Salvador and Margaret (Thomas) Ponticelli. She worked in the Alumni Department for Lehigh University for many years, until retiring. She was a member of the former Our Lady of Pompeii Church and it’s Holy Rosary Sodality. Rosemarie was very active in the Fountain Hill community. She enjoyed playing bridge with her neighbors, and was a supporter of Lehigh University athletics.
SURVIVORS: She will be lovingly remembered by her sons William L. Deutsch, Jr. and his wife Kathy of Downingtown, Robert A. Deutsch and his wife Gloria of Wakefield, RI; brother James Ponticelli of Clearwater, FL; grandchildren Kevin, Kerry Lynn, Eric, and Kyle; great grandchildren Brayden and Holden. She was predeceased by her sisters Marguerite Ponticelli, and Josephine “Jay” Stohl.
