Rose N. Perez, 88, of Holiday City South section of Berkeley Twsp., NJ, died on Monday, February 6, 2017 at her home. Rose was born in Bethlehem, PA, grew up in Newark, NJ (down neck) and lived in Colonia, NJ while summering in Ortley Beach, NJ before moving to Berkeley Twsp., NJ 10 years ago. Rose loved going to Atlantic City, her card parties with girlfriends, shopping, cooking, going to the Canary Islands and most of all spending time with her family. Rose is predeceased by her parents; her husband William Perez and her 13 brothers and sisters.
Surviving are her daughters Sandra Mancuso and her husband Richard of Flagler Beach, FL and Debra Giles and her husband Stanley of Lanoka Harbor, NJ and her grandchildren Francis, Teresa, Dina, Paige and Ryan. The family will receive friends on Friday, February 10, 2017 from 4-8pm at the Timothy E. Ryan Home for Funerals, 145 St. Catherine Blvd., Toms River, NJ. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Saturday, February 11, 2017 11:30am at St. Maximilian Kolbe RC Church, Berkeley Twsp., NJ. Committal will be private.
