Rose Biles Fowler (Hefner), age 80, passed away peacefully on Saturday, September 26, 2020 at her home in Newnan surrounded by her family. She was born on May 11, 1940 in Conley, GA to the late Herbert W. Biles, Jr. and Robbie Lee Hood Biles. Along with her parents, Rose is preceded in death by her husband, Charles Thomas Hefner; brother, Herbert W. Biles, III and her brother in law Joe Martin. She is survived by her children, Mollylee Dillard and her husband David, Michele Kittles and her husband Wayne; grandchildren, Kacie Dingler and her husband Phillip, Dee Ann Robinson and her husband Steven; great grandchildren, Nathan, Garrett and Bridley . She is also survived by her sister, Cena Martin; nephew, Justin Reed; great nephew Jayeton Reed and her aunt, Myrtice Matthews and family.
