Rose was born in Cincinnati, OH on June 14, 2009, the daughter of the late Richard and Margaret (Tingle) Gabelman. She was a retired manager for Cincinnati Bell.
Rose is survived by a daughter, Jodie Cole Mulle (Christopher) of Rising Sun, IN. and a son,Charles Cole (Sharon) of Loveland, OH; She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and by 9 great grandchildren.
