Rose Irene Knight, 79, passed away August 27, 2015 in Pueblo, Colorado. She was born June 30, 1936 in Canon City, CO to Vince and Anna (Faraone) Iubatti. She was united in marriage to Richard Knight. Rose is survived by her husband, Richard; children, Julia Knight (Dan Kahnke), Jeanne Knight (Tom Davis), and Lisa Knight (Michael Knutson); grandchildren, Shana Lucero (Brandon Lucero), Nicole Thompson, Rose Kahnke, Jessie Kahnke, and Baylee Davis; great grandchildren, Braylon and Isaiah Lucero; sister, Theresa (Elvin) Parker; and brothers, Vincent (Jacque) Iubatti and Jeffery Iubatti. She is also survived by numerous nieces, and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; and sister Florence “Flossie” Worley.
