On Friday, November 13, 2020, Rose Marie Phenicie, also known as “Bobbi”, passed away at the age of 77. Loving mother to three sons; Leo Phenicie (spouse Laura Phenicie), Christopher Phenicie (spouse Christy Phenicie) and Nickalaus Phenicie (Georgiana Boarman) and also an incredible fun-loving grandmother to her three grandchildren; Leah Phenicie, Leo Phenicie and Cortlyn Phenicie.

She was born on December 5, 1942 in Baltimore Maryland to Jean and Edward Trebes along with her sisters; Suzy, Alice and Rose. She remained in Maryland for the rest of her life where she worked as a server at a restaurant called Gunning’s. She loved working at Gunning’s and worked there for many years. On April 27, 1975 she married Thomas Phenicie and they were married for 20 years until his untimely death. Tom helped raise her three sons and later adopted them. Throughout her life she enjoyed yard sales, picking crabs, playing cards and family time. Everyone who knew her knew the love she had for her family and friends. She would attend EVERY party if she could no matter what the circumstances were. She always showed up bearing funny and thoughtful gifts she had found at yard sales or some great pictures she had found randomly laying around her house. She always came dressed in the appropriate attire for any party. For Halloween, she’d wear a funny costume, for Christmas she would dress herself entirely in red and green with a Christmas bow on her head. She was always trying to make her family laugh and create unforgettable memories. She had the best sense of humor and even during her final days she still carried on laughing in every situation she could. She leaves behind a big wonderful loving family who will miss her and cherish the memories she left with us. She will forever be in our hearts always.
