Rose Ann Driskell, 85, of Anderson, passed away on January 20, 2014 at St. Vincent Anderson Regional Hospital. She was born on February 10, 1928 in Celina, Tennessee and resided most of her life in Anderson. She is a retired from Guide Lamp Division of General Motors in 1973 after 30 years of service.
She was a member of UAW#663, and she enjoyed bowling, and spending time with her family.
Rose is survived by her loving daughter, Phyllis Tom Morgan; brothers, Jim Lorena Short, Andrew Sheila Short, Marvin Joyce Short, Shelby Mildred Short and Edward Mary Short; sister, Ola “Babe” Walker; grandchildren, Tommy Lee Tami Morgan, Angie R. Driskell and Katie N. Driskell; and great-grandchild, Thomas Robert Morgan.
She was preceded in death by her husband Robert D. Driskell; son Bobby Gene Driskell; mother Dora Short; father, Albert Short; and several brothers and sisters.
