Rosa was very fond of BINGO, where she enjoyed the time she spent playing BINGO with her friends.
Rosa is survived by her fiancé, Jacob Johnson; children, William Allen, John Allen, Jacquelyn Johnson all of Fort Walton Beach, FL; brothers, Clinton Howie and Steven Howie of Jamestown, NY; 10 grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents; son, Billy Allen; sister, Darlea Howie; and her twin sister, Rose Mary Howie.
