Rosa Belle Garmon, 92, of Locust, NC, left this world at 8:30 a.m., Monday, September 21, 2009, in Stanly Regional Medical Center, Albemarle, NC. Mrs. Garmon was born in Stanly County, November 19, 1917, to the late James Fred Mullis and Rosa Belle Eudy Burris. She was also preceded in death by her husband, George H. Garmon and her neice, Elizabeth Hill.
