Beloved husband of the late Carol (nee Zabava); dearest son of the late William and Amie (nee Norman); dear brother of the late Bill Starcher and the late Lucille Starcher; loving father of Ron Starcher (Gina) and Rick Starcher (Janie); cherished grandfather of Chase, Sunny, Connor, Marina, and Cooper; Chuck served his country in the U.S. Army in the 82nd Airborne Division and the First Infantry Division during the Vietnam War and was awarded the Bronze Star and earned the Purple Heart.
