DURHAM Mr. Rone D. Davis, 62, of Durham, died on Saturday, January 5, was a native and lifelong resident of Durham, the son of the late Elemish D. Davis and Lois M. Perry Davis. For many years he was a Courier for the Durham Public Schools. He was a member of Durham Memorial Baptist Church. Rone was an avid Duke fan. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Susan Davis was the last living member of his immediate family.
