Rondle D. Carter, 78, Markleville, passed away, Friday, December 31, 2011 after an extended illness. He was born in Slat, Kentucky, March 5, 1933 and moved to Anderson in 1954. He resided here retiring from Delco Remy after 30 years of service.
He also served in the Army in Korea. Ron was an avid outdoorsman. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, woodworking, and traveling. He leaves behind his beloved wife of 57 years, Flora Carter; sister, Bertha West; a son, Gary Carter & wife, Karen; two grandchildren, Justin Carter of Anderson & Brittany Carter of Markleville, IN.
