Born June 23, 1930 in West Haven, he was the son of the late John and Anna (Miller) Quinn.
He proudly served with the U.S.
In addition to his loving wife of 64 years, Millie, he leaves three children, Cynthia Quinn and Russell Perkins, William and wife, Carleen Quinn and Diane Quinn and William J. Perkins, Sr.
