Ronald Wayne Mitchell, Sr., age 69 went home June 13, 2011 with his Lord and Savior after several years of illness. He fought a good fight. Ronald was predeceased by his father, John (Bill) Mitchell and mother, Rosie Canupp Mitchell Stewart. Ronald drove a truck most of his life in Greensboro, NC and was married to Frances Turner Mitchell for 51 years and blessed with four children, Ronald Mitchell, Jr., Debra Mitchell Alverson, Robert Mitchell and William Mitchell and wonderful grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Ronald is survived by two brothers, Bobby Mitchell and Russell Mitchell and one sister, Naomi Mitchell Marshall. He was predeceased by his two brothers, John Mitchell and Homer Mitchell and one sister, Shirley Mitchell Voneime.
