Ronald R. Frost, Sr., 63, a lifelong Beacon resident, passed away on July 31, 2021. He was born on November 24, 1957, in Beacon, son of the late Richard & Regina (Butler) Frost. He graduated from Beacon High School.
On June 7, 1980, he married Lisa A. Werber, who survives him at home.
Ron was a retired police officer for the Wappingers Falls and Town of Fishkill Police Departments; he was also the zoning administrator for the Town of Fishkill. He also started working years ago at the Nabisco Plant in Beacon, where he worked for 20 years.
Ron loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He was an avid outdoorsman. Ron was an avid deer hunter, and a self-proclaimed “trout professor”. He was also a die-hard NY Mets fan.
Along with his wife of 41 years, Ron is survived by his two sons: Ronald R. Frost Jr and his wife Kristy, Derrick Frost and his wife Allison. His 2 grandchildren Caden & Taylor, his brother Ralph Frost, and several nieces & nephews also survive him. Along with his parents, he was predeceased by his sister Sharon Burke.
