Ronald Dee Zacharias age 67, of DeMotte, Indiana passed away at Calumet Area Hospice in Munster, Indiana on Sunday December 4, 2011. He was born on August 8, 1944 in Brooke, Indiana to Clifford F. and Ethel (Atkinson) Zacharis both deceased.
On July 29, 1972 in St. John, Indiana he married Yvonne “Bonnie” Bethel and she survives. Ronald worked as a laborer for Inland Steel for many years. He was a faith member, deacon and janitor at Faith Missions Assembly of God in Shelby, IN. Ronald was a member of the Shelby Horseshoe Pitching League.
Ronald is survived by his loving wife, Bonnie of DeMotte; a daughter, Rebbeca Sue (Jeff) Urbanski; sons, Matthew David (Shannon) Zacharias and Marh Andrew Zacharias all of Wheatfield; and 4 grandsons, Dalton James, Duke Andrew, Dugan Matthew and Dawson Dakota.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a grandson Dakota Michael Dee Zacharias.
