Roland “Ron” E. Sisk, 70, of Ottawa, died on Friday morning, March 9, 2018 at his home, surrounded by his family. Roland was born on October 17, 1947 in Ottawa to Roland and Bernadine (Wright) Sisk. He was a graduate of Marquette High School. Roland served in the US Army, and earned a Purple Heart for an injury suffered in Vietnam. He married Barbara Morrell on December 21, 1967 at St. Patrick Church in Ottawa.
Roland was a Union Electrician with IBEW #176 for 44 years. He was also a member of the American Legion. Roland loved spending time with his grandsons and traveling with his wife. He is survived by his wife, Barbara, a daughter, Rhonda Martin, of Orlando, FL, two grandsons, Michael and Joseph, two sisters, Cathy (Ron) Ott, of Seneca and Patty (Kevin) Bublitz, of Sheridan, and a brother. He was preceded in death by his parents, and a brother Thomas William Sisk.
