Roger Stephen Hall, age 69, of Manassas, Virginia passed away Friday, December 4, 2015 at the Novant Health Prince William Medical Center. He was born on January 27, 1946 in Alexandria, Virginia the son of the late Andrew J. and Freida R. (Keziah) Hall. He was a retired engineer for Boeing and was a lifetime member of the U.S. Submarine Veterans. He was preceded in death by his brother, Richard N. Hall. Survivors include his loving wife, Carol F. Hall; one brother, Michael S. Hall of Springfield, Virginia; Sisters-in-law, Trish Miller and husband Brian of Woodbridge, VA, Robin Schools of Culpeper, VA, Carrie Flickinger and husband Kevin of Front Royal, VA; seven nieces and nephews; and his beloved puppy, Jenny.
