Roger Lee Sites, age 72, of Bristow, VA, passed away Thursday, July 28, 2016 at INOVA Fairfax Hospital, Falls Church, VA. Mr. Sites was preceded in death by his father Frank Sites, his mother Alice Reel-Sites, and his sister Christine Sites. Survivors include his loving wife Betty Sites; children Bonnie Barefoot and her husband Ray, Sandy Shull and her husband Clifton, Sr., and Cheryl Maples; grandchildren Nicole Daugherty, Megan Barefoot, Brittany Barefoot, Clifton Shull, Jr., Tiffany Shull, Derek Maples, Lisa Avery, and Laura Avery; great grandchildren Lily Daugherty, Bella Daugherty, Kira Daugherty, Ray Daugherty, Perrin Daugherty, Charlotte Oakes, Jordyn Maples, DJ Maples, and Matthew Maples; sisters Gin Hamilton, Linda Posey, and June Hall. The family will receive friends on Monday, August 1, 2016 from 5:00 PM –8:00 PM at Pierce Funeral Home, 9609 Center Street, Manassas, VA where services will be held Tuesday, August 2, 2016 at 12:30 PM. Interment will follow at Stonewall Memory Gardens, Manassas, VA. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of flowers or a donation to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, PO Box 1000 Dept. 142, Memphis, TN 38101-9908 in memory of Roger Lee Sites.
