Roger Lee Hill, 61, of Williamsport, passed into the arms of God Saturday, December 14, 2019 at UPMC Susquehanna Williamsport. He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Anita E. (Shaffer) Hill.
Born August 9, 1958 in Williamsport, he was a son of the late Ralph and LouLinda (Keller) Hill.
Roger was a mechanic employed by Peck Tires for 23 years until its closing, then for Bastian Tires for the last 12 years. He enjoyed working on cars, helping his neighbours or anyone in need, playing with the grandkids, decorating cakes, drawing, and working with his hands.
Surviving in addition to his wife are; two daughters, Laura E. Robson (Fiance Fred Latsch) and Tiffany L. Streck, both of Williamsport; five grandchildren, Ashton Streck of Hughesville, Angelique Streck of Coudersport, Bryce Streck, Jenna Robson and Gavin Robson, all of Williamsport; a great-granddaughter, Addyson Streck of Hughesville; three brothers, Charlie Hill of Williamsport, Howard Hill of Linden, and Darin Hill of Buttonwood; two sisters, Viola Kilheffer of Leola, and Tammy Cochran of Williamsport; and many nieces, nephews, and close friends.
In addition to his parents, Roger was preceded in death by a brother, Donald Hill.
