Roger K. Bertalan, age 71, late of Dyer, IN, formerly of Lansing, IL, passed away peacefully Saturday, March 12, 2022, surrounded by his loving family.
Loving husband of Pamela J. Bertalan, nee DeYoung. Devoted father of Kelli (Kevin) Parsley. Dear brother of Ronald (late Pamela) Bertalan, Randall (Amy) Bertalan, and the late Richard (Joann) Bertalan; brother-in-law of Candi (Jim) Matrenec, and Donald DeYoung. Loving uncle of Jessica Lange, the late Jake Lange, and many nieces and nephews; great-uncle of Dominic Lange. Preceded in death by his parents Richard and Dolores Bertalan.
Memorial visitation Saturday, March 19, 2022 from 1:00 p.m. until the time of the memorial service at 3:30 p.m. at Smits Funeral Home, 2121 Pleasant Springs Lane (Rt.30/Pleasant Springs Ln.), Dyer, IN, with Rev. Jason DeVries officiating.
