Roger loved to play softball, horseshoes and pool. He played drums in a band and enjoyed deer hunting, fishing and corvettes.
He is survived by his sons, Grant (Sara) Buss of Beatrice, Scott (Gale) Buss of Diller, NE; sister, Carolyn Meyer of Cortland, NE; brothers, Ray (Gale) Buss and Al (Val) Buss of Beatrice; Grandson, Dylan Buss of Beatrice; brother-in-law, Bill Saathoff; numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by father, Louis Buss; mother, Donna (Nieveen) Kohlschmidt and sister, LuAnn Saathoff.
