Roger Bruce Kelley, age 61, died June 9, 2008 in Panama City, Florida while on vacation with his family. A native of Newnan, Georgia, he was born August 5, 1946 and was the son of the late James Glenn and Grace Greene Kelley. Roger had served in The United States Army and had retired from Delta Airlines.
He was a member of Jonesboro First Baptist Church. Throughout his life Roger was always dedicated to the task at hand, but his foremost concern was always for the relationships in his life – whether at work, church, or those involving his family. He is survived by his wife Debbie Nolen Kelley; children, Carrie Ann Kelley, Chase Latham and Cheyenne Latham. He has one sister, Susan Kelley Martin and her husband Joseph. Roger had special relationships with his nieces and nephews Kelley Ann Martin, Julie Martin Walton and her husband Russell, Jody Martin and his wife Deborah. His great nephews are Justin, Corey, Christopher Walton and Adam Martin.
