He is survived by his wife Maria Emma Lopez, children; Isabel Jacquez, Yesenia Rodriguez, Cesar Jacquez, Syerra Hignojos and 10 grandchildren, stepfather; Robert Perez and stepmother, Christina Villalobos Lopez, siblings; Ruben and Stacey Lopez Arlington, TX, Rene Lopez Hobbs, NM, Robert and Lisa Lopez Andrews, TX, Ramon and Jessica Lopez Hobbs, NM, LeeRoy Lopez Orange County, CA, Isabel Torres Hobbs, NM and Norma and Juan Ortiz Odessa, TX. He was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, brother-in-law, uncle, cousin, and a friend to many. He graduated from Hobbs High School in 1993. He had a 24-year career in the oil industry as a truck driver. Hobbies were cooking, fishing, and watching his favorite football team the Denver Broncos and enjoyed family to the fullest. Was a comedian and a natural at making everyone laugh that he came across. His high-pitched voice and corny jokes could put a smile on anyone’s face. He will be deeply missed by family and friends and everyone that had the pleasure of meeting him.
