Robin Byron Fuller, Sr., age 76 of Nashville, passed away February 26, 2015. Mr. Fuller was born September 13, 1938 in Rome, GA to Erby Byron and Pauline Johnson Fuller.Mr. Fuller attained his rank of Eagle Scout at age 12, making him the youngest Eagle Scout in the U.S. and that record still stands today. He was very dedicated to the Boy Scouts of America and worked at the Boy Scout camps during the summers. He graduated from Darlington School in Rome, GA and received a B.A. from Emory University and M.A. in English from Duke University. Following his graduation, he began teaching at Darlington School in Rome with his wife, Emily and they also served as dorm supervisors. A few years later, they moved to Charlotte, NC and Mr. Fuller began teaching at Charlotte Country Day School. In 1967 Mr. Fuller accepted a position at Vanderbilt University and the family moved to Nashville.
