Roberto H. Villanueva, age 75, entered into eternal rest peacefully at his residence surrounded by his loving family. He was a native of Santa Rosa, Texas born August 7, 1945, son to Jose Manuel Villanueva and San Juanita Hernandez. He was a professional glazer and owned and operated his own business, Villanueva Glass Co. in Santa Rosa for many years. He worked until he was forced to retire due to health complications. He survived a severe stroke in 2005. He enjoyed fishing, family fish fry’s and watching the Dallas Cowboys. He especially loved spending time with his family.
He is survived by to treasure his wonderful memory his three children, Robert Villanueva Jr. (Teresa Sanchez), Belinda Villanueva Lopez (Luis Lopez Jr.), Velma Villanueva Tomes (Edward Sean Tomes), Nine Grandchildren, Robert Anthony Villanueva, Aaron Michael Villanueva, Jasmine Rae Villanueva, Marisa Moreno, XerXes Lee Chapa, Aries Rae Villanueva (Rayven), Zoe Nysa Ramos (Juan Gonzalez), Desmarias J. McCloney, Sean C. Tomes, five Great Grandchildren, Harley DeVon Chapa, Xzaleigh Redlee Villanueva, Zariah Jae Gonzalez, Juan Jose Gonzalez II, Orlando Zaries Villanueva, two brothers, Erasmo Villanueva and Alex Hernandez, three sisters, Connie Hernandez, Rosa Olivarez and San Juana Canales. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
