Roberta J. “June” Allison, 88, of Elkhart, passed away following an extended illness at 7:25 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 16, at Center for Hospice Care in Elkhart. She was born July 15, 1927, in Lock Haven, Pa., to the late Fred and Myrtle (Kessinger) Campbell.
She later married Charles S. “Pat” Allison in Elkhart on Dec. 29, 1948. He survives her at home. Also surviving are her children, Jill S. Allison and Thomas R. (Lynn) Allison, both of Elkhart; granddaughter Lindsay (Paul) McCormick of Auburn, Ala.; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Preceding her in death were her daughter, Jan L. Allison, and her brother, William “Bill” Campbell.
