Robert Warner Thompson, 73, of Plainville, died on Sunday, April 8, 2012 after a brief illness. Born and raised in New Britain, son of the late Harry U. Thompson, Jr., and Jeannette (Roulier) Thompson, he was a Plainville resident for most of his life. He served in the United States Air Force. He also owned the Printer’s Devil Bookstore in Southington for many years and truly found his life’s passion in this work. He was a spiritual seeker and a philosopher and a great lover of the written word.
