The late Robert George “Bob” Stockbridge of Shalimar passed away Thursday, June 19, 2014 following a brief illness. Bob was born November 4, 1930 in Natick, MA to the late Chester and Elizabeth Stockbridge. He met and married his loving and devoted wife of 64 years, Fay Elizabeth Stockbridge, on June 5, 1950 in New Orleans, LA. After retiring from the Air Force, Bob resided in Gulfport, MS where he worked in refrigeration. Bob is survived by his six children Robert G. Stockbridge, Diane E. White, Karen A Stockbridge, Lynn A. Stockbridge, James A. Stockbridge, and Steven G. Stockbridge; their spouses; nineteen grandchildren; and twenty-eight great grandchildren.
