Robert Joseph Plisow, 53, of Three Oaks, Michigan died Friday, June 22, 2007 in Harrisonburg, Virginia.
Robert was born September 16, 1953 in Zlocieniec, Poland to Wlodzimierz and Wanda (Rozmyslowicz) Plisow. After High School he served his country in the Polish Air Force and attended trade school.
On September 16, 1980 he married Aniceta J. Sobotka in Poland. The family moved to the United States and have lived in this area since 1983. Robert was employed by Hanson Mold in Bridgman, Michigan, and later was employed as a correctional officer. He loved hunting, shooting, fishing and spending time outdoors. He was a member of the National Rifle Association.
Robert also enjoyed watching tennis matches. Survivors include his wife, Aniceta “Anita”; children, Tomasz Plisow of Poland; Sylwia Plisow (Justin Lopez) of Steamwood, Illinois; Aleksandra Waddell (Joseph Hartsell) of Buchanan, Michigan and Roger Plisow of Buchanan; grandchildren, Claudia, Krispian, Johnathan, Dillan and Sabina; and his brother, Gerard Plisow of Poland.
