Robert Provost, 80, of Melbourne, Florida passed away peacefully at his home,
surrounded by his loving family, on Tuesday, November 15, 2011.
Robert was a cherished husband, father, grandfather, and dear friend to so many.
He is survived by his adoring wife of 41 years, Josephine, his treasured
children, Robert, Cheryl, Stephen, Robin, Heather, their loving spouses, his
prized grandchildren, Julian, Austin, Sarah, Amy, Christian, Devon, Leigh, and
his devoted doggie, Putter.
He is also survived by family members Marie, Mel, Jennifer, Larry, Ted, Jackson,
Sofie, Deborah, Jason, Kelly, Zachary and is predeceased by his parents, Nelson
and Eva.
Robert was raised in Plainville, Connecticut. He attended the University of
Hartford and was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and Air National Guard. He
worked at General Electric for 44 years.

Chippanee Golf Club in Bristol, Connecticut. He also served on the original
Board of Directors at Baytree Golf Club in Florida. He was so loved by his family, his friends, and his dog. Go ‘Noles.
