Bob was greeted in heaven by his parents; his older brother, Thomas Harold Lewis; and his sister, Nancy Jane (Lewis) Hoffman.
Bob is survived by his brother-in-law: Bill Hoffman; nephews: Matthew (Dawn) Hoffman and Jeffery Hoffman; many dear friends and extended family.
