Robert “Bob” Arthur Krebs was born on February 23, 1937 to Wilford and Dorothy Krebs in Pocatello, Idaho. He left this life on May 16, 2019. He and his brothers, Harmon Bowler and Sam Krebs and his sister Dorothy “Toots” Krebs Miller, grew up on a small farm in South Pocatello. Bob attended Pocatello schools where he made many lifelong friends. With his 6-foot 6-inch frame, he was a star basketball player at Pocatello High School, graduating in 1955. After graduating, Bob married Darlene Day and moved to Southern California where he obtained a job with Pacific Bell & Telephone. Bob’s three children, Colleen, Mitch and Joni, were born in California. Bob later divorced and moved back to Pocatello where he worked for Mountain Bell until he retired in 1994.
