Robert Joseph McGregor Sr., 70 of Kingwood, passed away Saturday, October 19, 2013 at his residence with family by his side. He was born April 14, 1943 in Cumberland MD, son of the late Harold McGregor Sr. and Mary McGregor, he loved fishing and hunting. Was a member of the American Legion Post# 189 in Barton, MD, Kingwood VFW Post #826. He had worked as a lineman for IBEW Local #70 Electrical Workers out of Forestville MD. Robert is survived by three children, Robert J McGregor Jr. and Michelle L of Terra Alta, Michelle R Young and Ralph, Fairmont, Shane M McGregor Sr. and Betty of Baltimore, MD; twelve grandchildren, Robert III, Justin, Courtney, Michael, Ashley, Josh, Brittany, Shane Jr., Hailie, Trevor, Noah and Olivia; two great-grandson, Ryder and Easton; two brother, Harold McGregor Jr. and wife Caroline, Maidsville, William McGregor and wife Irene, Fort Ashby, WV; one sister, Mary Katherine Lyons and husband Bob, Westernport, MD. In addition to his parents, Robert is preceded in death by his wife Brenda Jean McGregor in 2012, one brother, Marvin McGregor.
