It is with great sadness that the family of Robert James Merando, Sr. announces his passing. Robert passed away peacefully on Friday, January 24, 2020 he was 66 years of age.
Robert worked as a letter carrier for the Village of Buchanan before he retired.
He is survived by his adoring wife Mary Jean, children; Robert, Jr. (Monica), Mary (Jason) Dini Sr., Michelle (Josh) Watkins, Nicholas, and Jonathan, five siblings; John E Jr, (Shirley) their children Jay and Gayle, Maria Heller (John) and son Matthew, Thomas (Patricia), Catherine Merando and Alan (Diane), ten grandchildren; Kylie, Ayslynn, Anthony Merando and Shyla Lafuente. Brooke, Timothy and Jason “Jace” Dini, Jr. Jasmine Ludlow, Rowan and Maebh Watkins, and many nieces and nephews.
He is pre deceased by his parents John, Sr., and Mary Merando.
He was loved by everyone who knew him and he will be dearly missed by all.
