He served in the U.S. Air Force. He is preceded in death by his wife, Sandra Summerford Hall, father, Preston Earl Hall, Sr., mother, Virginia Davis Reep, brother, Preston Earl Hall, Jr., step-father, John Charles Reep, niece, Melissa Michelle Haynes. He is survived by his children, Robert Hall, Jr. (Julie) and Kim Hall, sister, Wanda Biggs (Curtis); grandchildren, Taylor Hall, Molly Hall, Tyler Blanton, and Loftin Hall; great grandson, Bryson Lee Hall.
