Robert W. “Jock” Graff, of Moscow, died Thursday April 16, 2015 at his home in Moscow, surrounded by friends and family. He grew up and attended school in Maroa, IL, graduating in 1963. Immediately following graduation, Jock joined the United States Air Force where he served for four years.
