     Mr. Stevenson served in the Navy during World War II.

     He was employed by the Department of Justice as a Special Agent for the Federal Bureau of Investigation for twenty-seven and a half years. Following his retirement he was the Brazil Chief of Police, a private investigator, a seed corn salesman, and farmed in Clay County for thirty-one years.

     He was a member of the VFW in Terre Haute, and the American Legion in Brazil.   

     Glenn is survived by his wife, Ada Mae (Burgess) Stevenson, to whom he had been married sixty-one years; three children, Bruce Lee Stevenson, (wife, Alice) Galena, Ohio, Rita Ann Bowman, (husband, Jeff), Muncie, IN, and Mark Scott Stevenson, (wife, Joyce), Indianapolis, IN; nine grandchildren, Doug Stevenson, (wife, Karen), Brian Stevenson, (wife, Tanya), Kevin Stevenson, (wife, Laura), Jeff Stevenson, (wife, Sara), Nathan Bowman, B. J. Bowman, (wife, Audra), Kendra Misbach, (husband, Ryan), Ryan Bowman, (wife, Julie), and Logan Baker; eight great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

     He was preceded in death by his parents; his infant son, Douglas Allen Stevenson; his grandson, Matthew Bowman; two sisters, Mary Ann Robertson and Ernestine Hillman; and his brother, Donald Stevenson.
